Great to go out on a win.  The defense played its butt off!  I felt we layed some nice hits and our blocking was supurb.  I will have stats in a day or so.  This should give us the boost for off-season weights.  Thanks for all of you support this year the kids and I deeply appreciate it.

We had a great crowd Friday night.  The kids came out of the gate to take an early lead.  I was real happy with the effort.  We made a few turnovers and did not capitalize on their underthrown passes, but our defense was stingy and our offense controled the clock well.  We look forward to this Friday and being 3-0!  We need a great crowd in Stanton for the game.

Week 1 vs. Knott County Central

We hope to avenge a 40-0 loss last season. 

Scrimmage at Jackson County

We played much better.  We fired off the ball against a much bigger line. We were able to get the deep passes and scrored on a screen to Jarrett Parker.  He can fly.  Defensivly we did not break although they were able to sustain a 10 minute drive.  I felt we did a great job getting around the football.

Next year they plan to come here if we can work it out.  They will feed our kids after the games.
